Mayo Clinic has been named to DiversityInc's 2020 Top Specialty List for Hospitals and Health Systems ranking. The DiversityInc survey assesses how U.S. companies with more than 1,000 staff members manage diversity.


The Human Rights Campaign Foundation has named Mayo Clinic as a leader in health care equality for LGBTQ people.

Mayo Clinic in Arizona, Florida and Rochester have been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation as "Leaders in LGBTQ Healthcare Equality." The Human Rights Campaign Foundation is the educational arm of the Human Rights Campaign, the largest civil rights organization in the U.S. working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) people.



Open to all Mayo Clinic employees, Mayo Employee Resource Groups (MERGs) celebrate, support and encourage diversity among employees. Mayo Clinic provides financial and administrative support and resources to ensure each group's success. Every MERG also has an executive sponsor, who serves as a mentor and advocate for the group's programs and activities.

  • Use the Keyword, Location, Category etc. fields to narrow down the search to positions of interest.

Tip: Before using the keyword field to narrow the search, run a search by selecting the Category to review the various jobs and titles used to aid in your search.

  • Click on “Profile Sign In”, make your selection and click “Go” to sign up or login. You can then save your search criteria by setting up a job search agent. When a job is posted that matches your search criteria you will then receive an email alert versus checking the Mayo jobs website every day. When searching for jobs, use the advanced search option:
    • Enter key words such as “Research Technologist” or “Sales” or select one of the Categories
    • Select location or other criteria
    • Select “Search” then “Save this search” in the upper right hand corner
    • Give the search a name such as “Marketing jobs”
    • Select the frequency you’d like to receive email updates on jobs that fit your search criteria
    • Enter your email address and save.

How to Apply:

Once you identify a job you are interested in, ensure you meet the basic qualifications of the job and then click “Apply to job”.
