Eau Claire CRNA PracticeWork/Life Balance - CRNAs in our practice are offered the option of a reduced schedule, with the option to work anywhere from a 0.8 FTE (64 hours every two weeks) to 1.0 (80 hours every two weeks). May consider a lower FTE.

Competitive Total Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Competitive salary (base salary approximately $212,000-$250,000)
- $20,000 sign-on bonus, paid with first paycheck
- $16,000 to $20,000 relocation bonus (based on distance moving, payable with your first paycheck)
- Accrue up to 28 days of Paid Time Off per year, which can be carried over from year-to-year. An advance of 40 hours of Paid Time Off loaded into your account for CRNAs with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

The CRNA role is deeply embedded in the Mayo Clinic practice with Mayo Clinic Health System. As a CRNA at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire you will be joining a large department comprised of anesthesiologists and CRNAs. Surgical specialties include general, vascular, thoracic, urology, obstetrics-gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery and podiatry, open heart surgery, as well as procedures in the Cath Lab, Radiology and GI/Endoscopy.
Opportunities for hybrid role across NWWI practice sites, providing regional skills in our critical-access hospitals (Barron, Menomonie, Eau Claire, Bloomer).
QualificationsSuccessful completion of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessor. Masters and/or DNP preferred.
Additional qualificationsExperience as a CRNA preferred.
License or certificationCertified or eligible for certification as a CRNA by the council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessor. Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure. The Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license is required for those working in the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) sites upon employment and within one year for non-CAH sites.

Schedule detailsVarious shift lengths will be incorporated into the schedule (8, 10 and 12 hour shift possibilities).
We utilize a computer assisted scheduling system that allows employees convenient access to the schedule on-line.
In-house call and home call will be required to ensure 24/7 coverage.
