Work/Life Balance - CRNAs in our practice are offered the option of a reduced schedule, with the option to work anywhere from a 0.8 FTE (64 hours every two weeks) to 1.0 (80 hours every two weeks). May consider a lower FTE.

Competitive Total Compensation & Benefits Package:
  • Competitive salary (base salary approximately $190,000 - $224,000)
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus, paid with first paycheck
  • $16,000 to $20,000 relocation bonus (based on distance moving, payable with your first paycheck)
  • Accrue up to 28 days of Paid Time Off per year, which can be carried over from year-to-year. An advance of 40 hours of Paid Time Off loaded into your account for CRNAs with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Position description
You are invited to be a part of the Mayo Clinic legacy where CRNA’s are essential anesthesia care providers within our multidisciplinary integrated group practice. The CRNA role is deeply embedded in the Mayo Clinic practice with Mayo Clinic Health System. As a CRNA at Mayo Clinic Health System, you will be a part of a world renowned surgical and procedural environment that presents opportunities that may rarely be experienced elsewhere. As our surgical and procedural practices grow, we invite you to join our diverse team as we provide health, hope, and healing to people from all walks of life.

As a CRNA at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire you will be joining a large department comprised of anesthesiologists and CRNAs. Surgical specialties include general, vascular, thoracic, urology, obstetrics-gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery and podiatry, open heart surgery, as well as procedures in the Cath Lab, Radiology and GI/Endoscopy.

Qualifications
Successful completion of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessor. Masters and/or DNP preferred.

Additional qualifications
Experience as a CRNA preferred.

License or certification
Certified or eligible for certification as a CRNA by the council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessor. Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure. The Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license is required for those working in the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) sites upon employment and within one year for non-CAH sites.

We utilize a computer assisted scheduling system that allows employees convenient access to the schedule on-line.

In-house call and home call will be required to ensure 24/7 coverage.
