The Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join our practice! We are a group of 8 OB/GYNs, 8 CNMs, 2 nurse practitioners, and 1 PA. We are looking to replace a retiring physician who has been with us for over 35 years! The physician will provide medical and surgical obstetrical and gynecologic patient care. Outreach services are provided to us from Mayo Rochester in MFM. We also provide satellite services for IVF. Deliveries prior to 34 weeks are transferred to Mayo Rochester. Providers are able to mold their practice according to their interests.
New physicians are mentored – both formally and informally. Robotics training is available. Teaching, leadership, and research opportunities are also available.
OBGYN call is equitable from Day 1. We work hard to maintain a work/life balance with a night float system and 12 hour call shifts. One of our providers works as a full-time nocturnist/laborist and another as a part time nocturnist/laborist. The remaining OB/GYNs cover daytime call and split the remaining night weeks. Each OBGYN will have approximately 2-3 weeks of night call each year. The night call provider is not responsible for office coverage or surgery during the day. Some clinic outreach may be needed to help support our region.
