Position description
The Department of Emergency Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ seeks a residency-trained, ABEM/ABOEM board certified/board prepared Emergency Medicine Physician to join our growing practice. We require a dedication to clinical excellence and prefer candidates who are committed to contributing to the academic mission of the department through a national/international presence in Emergency Medicine and ongoing academic productivity. Candidates with a demonstrated record of success in these areas are particularly encouraged to apply.
There are numerous opportunities for independent and collaborative academic research projects within Mayo Clinic and with strategic partners such as Arizona State University. The department provides biostatistical support for academic projects, and Mayo Clinic has numerous competitive intramural funding mechanisms to springboard to extramural funding.
