Position description
This is a full time remote position within the United States.

The Orders Team within the Orders Systems Unit of the EHR-RCM Integrated Systems (ERIS) Division is seeking a Lead IT Application Analyst. This individual will join the team to support our Epic orders build across the Mayo enterprise alongside another Lead IT Application Analyst. This individual will be responsible for working closely with another Lead IT Application Analyst to provide work management and planning of approved work, collaborate with other application teams (with the integrated health record system) as well as Orders Leadership, manage incidents and changes, work with multiple project managers, and provide support for the team in helping them get the most job satisfaction as possible. This individual will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation for handling incident tickets and assisting in the execution of support and build of complex clinical workflows.

The position requires a high level of team and leadership skills, organizational skills, analytical skills, work management and capacity planning skills, sound judgment and decision-making ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams. We are looking for a candidate with Epic certification preferably in EpicCare Ambulatory or EpicCare Inpatient Procedures Orders. Epic build and support experience is also preferred. In addition to Epic certification and build experience, the ideal candidate would also be familiar with tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps and ServiceNow as well as agile methodologies. This individual should also be comfortable working in an agile environment evaluating impact of the changing priorities and business needs to the team.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree with 6 years’ experience OR Bachelor Degree with 8 years’ experience.

Additional qualifications

Compensation Detail
Required education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The salary range every 2 weeks is approx. $3,854.40-$5,396.00 based on a full-time position.
