Position description
This is a full time remote position within the United States.

Provides direction to professional and supervisory staff in the Revenue Cycle supporting the Resolute Professional Billing module of Epic. Participates in strategic planning for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. Translates the Mayo Clinic and departmental vision into meaningful and effective responses and results. Delegates responsibility and authority to carry out work. Manages multiple functions and serves as a resource with oversight in day to day activities of multi-site operations. Must possess technical knowledge appropriate to functions and assess technology effectiveness to ensure alignment with performance, cost, architectural and business requirements. RC Systems Managers are responsible for developing high performance operations and developing technology-based teams to delivery application upgrades, enhancements, integrations and level three call support while ensuring direct report development and training needs are met. Participates in the identification of opportunities to improve processes and to act as a catalyst for realizing these improvements. Acts as a facilitator and generator of new ideas and a mediator on difficult issues. Brings awareness of current external environment issues. Participates in the overall management of the Enterprise Revenue Cycle by chairing and serving on Enterprise projects/groups, task forces, councils and committees. Serves as a liaison between sections and other departments and agencies inside and outside Mayo. Creates customer service driven sections and fosters collaboration with physician and administrative colleagues. Builds teamwork within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. Participates in retention planning initiatives. Travel required as assignments warrant.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years' experience, which includes at least five years in general leadership required.

Additional qualifications
Master’s degree is preferred. Health care revenue cycle or information technology leadership experience preferred. Relevant certification(s) preferred, such as Automation and Epic applications that include Hospital Resolute, Professional Resolute, Claims, ADT, Prelude, Cogito.

Compensation Detail
Required education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The salary range every 2 weeks is approx. $4,588.80-$6,653.60 based on a full-time position.
