Position description
The Director of Pricing will elevate the sophistication and discipline of the pricing process at Mayo Collaborative Services. As an expert in the field they will bring knowledge and experience that is directly applicable to the management of varied and complex business problems. The Director will lead an experienced team and investigate new and innovative technical support solutions.

Responsible for all pricing activities. Leads the administrative and technical bid team. Coaches and mentors staff to ensure optimal organizational performance. Creates and communicates Mayo Collaborative Services vision to drive meaningful and effective services. Identifies, evaluates, and champions long term technical solutions. Organizes opportunities to improve processes and to act as a catalyst for realizing these improvements. Acts as a facilitator and generator of new ideas and a mediator on difficult issues. Brings awareness of current external environment issues. Participates in the overall management of the department serving as liaison between the work unit and other departments and agencies inside and outside Mayo. Creates a customer service driven unit adept at working collaboratively with physician and administrative colleagues and across department and institutional lines. Builds teamwork within the division and among physician and administrative colleagues.

NOTE: this position is 100% remote – can work anywhere within the 50 states of North America

Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, healthcare or finance and three years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in above field and five years relevant experience.

Supervisory/management experience preferred.

Compensation Detail
Required education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.  The salary range every 2 weeks is approx. $4969.60-$7455.20 based on a full-time position.
