Mayo Clinic's Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism & Nutrition in Rochester, Minnesota is seeking an Endocrinologist to join the Mayo Clinic Transgender and Intersect Specialty Care Clinic (TISCC) team. Since 2015, the clinic has supported mental health, hormonal and surgical needs of transgender patients, and those with differences of sexual development. Mayo Clinic is one of the first major academic medical centers to offer multidisciplinary transgender care, including a gender-affirming surgery program, that provides cares for over 1200 patients.
The Division of Endocrinology in Rochester is seeking a candidate for a full-time faculty position committed to clinical and academic excellence in transgender health with the desire to work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team including Advanced Practice Providers, Psychology, Social Work, Plastic Surgery, Urology and Gynecology/GYN surgery.
Candidates considered should hold the academic rank of Assistant Professor or higher and have demonstrated accomplishments in research activities. The opportunity also has potential to include a leadership role as the Director of Research in Transgender Medicine, as well as, clinical time for other Endocrinology sub-specialty area of interest.

License or certification
Candidates must be board-certified/board-eligible in Endocrinology and eligible for a Minnesota state medical license.
