Position description
The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN seeks a board-certified/board eligible pulmonary/critical care physician for a fulltime appointment.

Highly motivated applicants are sought with the vision to advance innovative patient care in any of the following areas: chronic cough; bronchiectasis/mycobacterial disease; sleep medicine; lung cancer, pleural disease, and lung transplant. Incorporating critical care medicine into the appointment is an option. Candidates should have a strong record of clinical and/or clinical-translational funded research. Responsibilities of the successful applicant will be to drive clinical program growth, quality improvement, and research.

The applicant will work in a highly collaborative and supportive environment enriched with opportunities to educate trainees. The successful candidate will be appointed to an appropriate academic rank in the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.

Our Division consists of 63 board-certified physicians and scientists driven to provide hope and healing to broad array of patients through integrated clinical practice, education, and research. US News and World Report currently ranks our Division in conjunction with our Division of General Thoracic Surgery as No. 1 in Pulmonology and Lung Surgery and Mayo Clinic Rochester as the No. 1 hospital in the United States.
