Position description
The Senior Recruiter in the Nursing service line provides full-service executive leadership recruitment support for a limited number of nursing positions at a variety of sites, in addition to other important duties including, but not limited to:
  • Onboarding new recruitment staff while mentoring current staff and providing support to recruiters during escalated recruitment matters.
  • Providing recruitment support by understanding the client business needs and executing strategic recruitment planning to address current/future critical, difficult, visible positions.
  • Partnering with recruiters, nursing leaders and managers, to lead recruitment process improvement projects, reviewing client metrics and fulfilling reporting requests.
  • Working closely with Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Marketing Specialists to ensure openings have viable exposure and applicant pools to build on-going relationships for future needs.
  • Aligning closely with HR Advisor (business partner) to ensure service line recruitment needs are fulfilled, including partnering with other HR areas such as compensation, legal etc.
  • Providing quality senior recruiter support to team, clients and candidates in a positive, timely, service oriented, cost efficient and effective manner.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and two (2) years recruitment experience required.

Additional qualifications
Prefer at least one year experience in hospital setting. Preferred certifications include: Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR); Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP); Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR); Association of Staff Physician Recruiter (ASPR); or certifications issued by Human Capital Institute (HCI).
