The Systems Analyst collaborates and partners with multidisciplinary and cross functional teams to provide day-to-day systems and business analysis support, project implementation support, and production environment issue resolution support to meet the needs of users and customers of Banking and Financial Services owned applications. Develop project documentation to support project design, business and system requirements, and workflows to facilitate the implementation of projects. Develop design documents to meet technology architecture, system integration and reporting needs. Engage in the testing of system enhancements relative to technical issues and vendor releases prior to production implementation in collaboration with other impacted groups. Participate and develop test planning, script writing and user acceptance testing of new system functionality and system upgrades. Validates testing is of high quality and complete. Work with systems vendors and external/internal stakeholders to identify issues and attain resolution. Designs, implements, tests, and manages installation of new and existing programs, training documents, reports, or tables as appropriate for specific assignments. Troubleshoots systems software and technical issues to assist with resolutions. Assists in redesigning systems and workflows to meet payment processing needs of various business units. Actively participates in workgroup discussions relative to reporting and systems. Estimates resource allocation for payment software and hardware implementations and develops project timeline to coordinate with other competing projects. Leads and coordinates effective business meetings with project participants. Recommends and prioritizes enhancements to existing payment hardware and software applications. Provides guidance and engagement in decisions relative to process improvements for payment applications. Assists in documenting changed processes and ensures changes are incorporated into training for business unit staff and other users. Provides timely communication, status updates and clear written documentation to the project proponents and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in business related field or five years of equivalent experience in financial/revenue systems required. Strong analytical, problem solving, and systems analysis skills are required. Previous experience in project management is required. Previous experience in strategic and tactical decision making. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong technical skills with experience is essential. Must be able to work effectively in a team-based environment in both lead and subordinate roles. Demonstrated ability to function in a self-directed manner in a multi-task environment. Should possess the ability to interact effectively with customers and understand their needs.

NOTE: Currently, this vacancy is open to telework/telecommute. Candidates are expected to reside within a reasonable travel distance to the Rochester, MN Campus in order to work onsite for business needs, client and project meetings, etc.
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $2680.00, based on a full-time position.
Hours / Pay period
Monday through Friday daytime hours, with occasional evening and weekend hours
NOTE: we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.
Limited weekend hours, as job duties require.
