As a Transportation Driver within Mayo Collaborative Solutions (MCS), you will be responsible for delivering patient specimens and supplies from the Superior Drive Support Center located in NW Rochester to the Hilton Building in downtown, Rochester. By safely delivering patient specimens and monitoring the physical condition of the transportation vans, you will be ensuring patients receive critical test results and diagnoses. *Individuals hired to this position are required to complete 2 years in this position before becoming eligible to transfer to other positions within Mayo Clinic.

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma.
*If you are offered this position, you will be required to obtain a DOT medical card. The cost of obtaining the card will be covered by Mayo Clinic.
*DLMP employees that have been in their current lab/position for less than 2 years must attach an early release approval from their supervisor.
- Must be in good health and able to occasionally lift twenty-five (25) pounds, and push/pull fifty (50) pounds.
- Duties performed are learned on the job.
- Must demonstrate good judgment in the loading and unloading of specimens and supplies.
License or Certification
This position requires you to have a valid Minnesota driver's license with an excellent driving record.
Required education, experience, and tenure, along with internal equity will be considered when an offer is extended. The pay range for this position is $16.33 - $21.62/hour.
Wednesday and Friday, 12:45 pm - 5:45 pm
