Position description
The Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a clinical neuropsychologist with expertise in outpatient diagnostic evaluation of medical and neurosurgical populations, with particular emphasis on epilepsy, brain tumor, cerebrovascular disease, and/or traumatic brain injury. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with colleagues in neurology, neurosurgery, and neuroradiology, and interest or expertise in ancillary neurocognitive procedures, including Wada testing, functional MR, and/or intra-operative brain mapping. Potential for successful engagement in multidisciplinary, extramurally-funded research collaboration is also desirable.

License or certification
Candidates should hold a doctoral degree from a Psychology graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) or Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), and will have completed an APA/CPA accredited internship. Two years of postdoctoral training consistent with Houston conference guidelines is also required. The successful candidate will be eligible for licensure in Florida and will either have or obtain specialty board certification in clinical neuropsychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) within 3 years of starting this position.
