This position will monitor clinical research activities in support of the CREST 2 study in research. Incumbent is accountable for the monitoring and compliance of all participating organization’s CREST 2 clinical trials in accordance with FDA, NIH, and Mayo Clinic clinical research guidelines. The incumbent will identify, collect, audit, and report clinical research data from all participating organizations and provide guidance and direction to ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines. At least 25% travel is required.
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years clinical research experience required. A clinical associate degree may be considered with commensurate experience (7 years). Strong knowledge of clinical study process and regulatory requirements is required.
Experience with monitoring FDA regulated drug and device trials preferred. Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements preferred.
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Due to the pandemic this role is temporally telecommuting.
No weekends. Travel may be required once pandemic is over.
