Position description
Provides mailroom service to internal customers and to off-site Regional Practices. Weighs, measures and determines correct postage for US Mail. Collects, sorts and distributes interoffice mail via mobile sorting stations, and ETV. Ensures that postage meter is refilled in a timely and cost effective manner. Performs preventive maintenance and arranges for maintenance services on postage meter.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Excellent customer service abilities required.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Additional qualifications
* Mailroom experience and familiarity with Mayo staff and locations preferred.

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $13.79 per hour.
