Position description

Manager assures that a safe and comfortable environment is maintained for patients, staff, and visitors. Provides day to day directions to direct reports, services as a site safety officer, is responsible for regulatory compliance, and serves as a resource to patient care staff and medical center administration.

Education: Two years of post-secondary education with general knowledge of a specialized or technical field or Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree required.

​​​​​​​Experience: Five to seven years of relevant experience required.
License or certification

Valid Drivers’ license required.
MN 1st Class C Engineer Boiler License preferred. MN 2nd Class C Engineer Boiler License required or MN Special Engineer Boiler License within ninety days and MN 2nd Class C Engineer Boiler License within eighteen months of hire.

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.  The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $2593.60 based on a full-time position.

Schedule details

Monday through Friday - Days. Alternate hours as necessary to support 24/7 hospital operations.
Weekend schedule

Weekends as necessary to support 24/7 hospital operations. Manager may participate in rotating on-call schedule.
