Position description
The Division of Cardiology in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a board certified interventional cardiologist to join our team. The division is seeking an interventional cardiologist with a track record for excellence in patient care, education, and research. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop an academic career in clinical or translational sciences research. Expertise in all aspects of coronary angiography and intervention is necessary for this position, including use of adjunctive diagnostic coronary imaging with IVUS and OCT and assessment of coronary physiology. The ability to work well with diverse teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, several years of practice experience, and interest in research and education. Graduating interventional cardiology fellows may apply.
License or certification
Candidates must be board-certified in cardiology and interventional cardiology. Those with additional skills in peripheral vascular or structural heart interventions may also apply, though not required.
