Position description
To provide service to adults of all ages in the Cardiac Cath Lab and to adolescents, adults and older adults in Interventional Radiology. Services include assisting physicians during invasive, sterile procedures. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatments. Responsible for image management. Assists with maintenance of equipment and inventory. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement. Assumes on call responsibility. Technologists must demonstrate an ability to function well under stressful or emergent situations.
Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Prefer hemodynamic and ECG monitoring experience. Flexibility (Works flexible hours, which include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends). Basic computer skills. Leadership, problem solving, verbal and written communication, and team building Basic improvement concepts and techniques
Additional qualifications
Previous experience in Radiology, Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology, preferred.
License or certification
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Current Basic Life Support certification.
ACLS certification within six months of hire.
ARRT Certification in Cardiac Interventional, Vascular Interventional or Cardiovascular Interventional within two years of hire
Exemption status
Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $27.97 per hour.

Schedule details
Scheduled working hours between 7:00am to 4:30pm with rotating start times. Weeknight call shift typically scheduled one night per week.
Weekend schedule
Rotating weekend call shift, typically every fourth weekend.
