The Mayo Clinic Medallion Program in Arizona offers physicians the opportunity to provide highly personalized care in a private office setting. The program offers physician access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including personal email and cell phone access). Personalized care is ensured by a limited and defined patient panel, that allows same-day and acute care visits to meet individual clinical needs. The successful candidate must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
The Medallion Program was established as a state-of-the-art concierge program within the multispecialty academic medical practice at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. The Program strives to deliver patient-centered and service-oriented ongoing care that upholds the standards of the Mayo Model of Care.
License or certification

Practice experience within a concierge, executive health or primary care practice is essential. The selected candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and maturity needed to care for our concierge patient population.
