Position description
The department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic Florida is seeking a fellowship-trained academic neuroradiologist to join a team of 13 CAQ certified neuroradiology consultants. This is a full time position for a candidate with strong skills in all facets of neurologic and head & neck imaging including MR, CT and US. Additional expertise in head & neck imaging or advanced applications of MR, image processing and informatics is preferred. The Neuroradiology Division closely supports colleagues in Neurology, Neurosurgery, ENT and Orthopedic surgery. Multidisciplinary conferences, education and research programs in Neurosurgery, Epilepsy, Head/Neck and Spine are an integral part of the neuroradiology service. Our campus features state-of-the-art equipment, including a fleet of modern 3T and 1.5T MRIs, dual-energy CT, PET/MR, on-site cyclotron, and clinical 7 Tesla MRI currently under construction. The candidate will be expected to actively participate in education and research. Women and minority applicants are encouraged to apply.
