Position description
Primary Care Internal Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team. The NP or PA will provide acute, chronic and preventive health care services to established adult patients in the outpatient clinic setting. The provision of care includes but is not limited to comprehensive evaluation, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescription of pharmacologic agents and treatments, non-pharmacologic therapies, and counseling patients.
Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current Minnesota RN and APRN license and certification as an ANP, GNP or FNP. DNP is preferred

Or graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience preferred.

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.  The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $4,015.20, based on a full-time position.

Schedule details
Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, occasional after hours (5-7pm) and Saturdays 8-12
Weekend schedule
