Position description
The Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to support continuity care for acute and chronic disease management and implementation of preventative health measures in the ambulatory setting. This provider will maintain a defined panel of patients and will leverage a broader care team to achieve patient centered goals.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master’s of Science or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in a Nurse Practitioner program; DNP preferred. Current Minnesota RN license (or eligible) and certification (or eligible to be certified) as a ANP, FNP, ACNP.

Or graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Certified or eligible to be certified as a Physician Assistant by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice.

Must be eligible for DEA registration and billing privileges.

1-2 years of Advance Practice Provider experience is preferred. Will consider new graduates.
