Position description
The Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a board certified/eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. The successful candidate must have advanced training or proficiency in the area of microsurgery with expertise and interest in extremity reconstruction, breast reconstruction and general plastic surgery. Successful candidates should possess excellent clinical skills and a strong track record in research and teaching.

The position includes participation in education efforts for the ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency program, as well as opportunities for research.

Fellowship or documented experience in microsurgery is preferred. Responsibilities include clinical care involving the full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as clinical or basic science research interests. Applicants should demonstrate a reputation for clinical and academic excellence.
License or certification
Board-certified/Board-eligible in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and eligible for medical licensure in Arizona.
