This position is located in London. Qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the U.K. and hold current, unqualified GMC Registration.
Mayo Clinic Healthcare will provide top-quality, evidence-driven preventive and general medical care, with women’s health expertise focus, in a purpose-designed facility in Central London. The staff physician (consultant) will provide clinical care and clinical leadership in a team-based environment. This opportunity is part-time with the potential to be full-time. Expectations for the staff physician (consultant) are to see 16 to 20 patients per week, 4 to 5 new consultations per day (approximately 90 minutes each), and an equal number of summary/return visits (30 to 45 minutes each). The patient population will be exclusively adult (over age 18) and the practice will focus on general diagnosis and preventive medicine while following evidence-based protocols. Responsibilities will include directing and coordinating all care, ensuring continuity between visits to the Clinic as well as within any outside specialists.
License or certification
MBBS or equivalent.
Active, unqualified GMC registration.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an outpatient setting.
Evidence of ongoing CPD.
