The Human Rights Campaign Foundation is the educational arm of the Human Rights Campaign, the largest civil rights organization in the U.S. working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) people.

    Mayo Clinic partners with the NBMBAA to foster mutually beneficial relationships that offer resources and career opportunities for African Americans and diverse business professionals.

    Mayo Clinic partners with Prospanica to empower and enable Hispanic professionals to find life-long careers.

  • SkillBridge Program

    Mayo Clinic, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), provides military service members who are within 180 days of separation from military service with internship opportunities in a variety of different roles. This allows service members to learn and train in Mayo Clinic’s world-class environment as they prepare to transition to the civilian sector.

“I am!” Self-ID Campaign

The Disability Mayo Employee Resource Group (MERG), in partnership with the Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity, recently launched a Self-ID Campaign. Mayo Clinic continually strives to improve inclusiveness and support the success of all staff. Participating in the Self-ID Campaign will create a culture of safety for all to bring their best self to work. Disability disclosure is voluntary and confidential and the information you choose to share cannot be tracked to a particular individual and is used only to improve Mayo Clinic’s overall diversity efforts.

Mayo Employee Resource Groups (MERGs)

Open to all employees, Mayo Employee Resource Groups (MERGs) celebrate, support, and encourage diversity among employees. Mayo Clinic provides financial and administrative support and resources to ensure each group’s success. Every MERG also has an executive sponsor who serves as a mentor and advocate for the group’s programs and activities.
