Responsibilities
The Director – Corporate Accounts & Sales will serve as a dynamic business leader responsible for driving growth in Mayo Clinic’s Executive Health Program, Concierge Medicine (Mayo Clinic 365), and Longevity Medicine Program. This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial, collaborative and client-focused leader who can blend innovative sales strategies with transformative marketing approaches to expand Mayo Clinic’s presence among employers and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on expanding Mayo Clinic’s corporate client portfolio.
Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that leverages bold, transformative, and non-traditional methodologies to differentiate Mayo Clinic’s programs in a competitive marketplace.
Directly accountable for measurable growth, with success defined by the number of corporate eligible clients acquired and retained.
Responsible for attaining business-to-business and business-to-individual sales objectives through relationship, selling to employers, benefit brokers, individuals, family offices and other organizations.
Responsible for keeping prospective and current corporate accounts updated in CRM (i.e., database)
Client Relationship Management
Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and program value.
Enhance, up sell and nurture existing relationships by understanding client needs and aligning Mayo Clinic programs to deliver long-term value.
Serve as the primary relationship lead for corporate accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
Collaborate with Mayo Clinic’s enterprise marketing, contracting, payer relations, and development teams to create and execute innovative campaigns tailored to corporate and high-net-worth individual clients.
Deploy creative, non-traditional marketing tactics (e.g., targeted digital engagement, thought-leadership platforms, strategic partnerships, experiential campaigns) to reach C-suite leaders and decision-makers.
Monitor and respond to emerging healthcare, wellness, and longevity trends, positioning Mayo Clinic as a market leader.
Program & Sales Management
Lead the overall sales program, including pipeline and stage development, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Manage daily account activity/sales, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and excellence in client service.
Oversee hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation of sales staff, cultivating a high-performing, results-driven team.
Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as the organizational lead for innovative business development initiatives, including complex care programs and future offerings.
Ensure alignment with GIM, DOM and institutional strategy and program growth goals.
Exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities, including self-development, delegation, collaboration, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, healthcare, or a related field required, with a minimum of 5 years of professional B2B salesexperience. Master'sdegreeandknowledgeofhealthcare is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of professionalsalesexperience.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, business development, or healthcare marketing, with measurable results in driving client acquisition and growth.
- Experience building relationships at the C-suite and senior executive level.
- Strong understanding of the executive health, concierge medicine, and longevity/wellness markets, including current and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement transformative marketing strategies that go beyond traditional approaches.
- Excellent communication, self-starter, negotiation, business acumen, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and developing sales teams to consistently exceed goals.
- Prefer candidate to be within driving distance to Florida campus. Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed.
