Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a fellowship-trained Head and Neck/Microvascular Surgeon to join our highly collaborative and multi-faceted Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Phoenix, Arizona.
Department and Division Overview
The Head and Neck division at Mayo Clinic Arizona supports a thriving, high-volume multidisciplinary cancer and reconstructive practice within one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers. Key features include:
- A comprehensive head and neck oncology program with a robust referral base across the Southwest and beyond.
- A busy microvascular reconstructive practice supported by advanced perioperative care resources.
- A leading transoral surgery program, including TORS and advanced endoscopic techniques.
- A complex skull base program with close partnership alongside world-class neurosurgery colleagues.
- A multidisciplinary cancer clinic that integrates surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, speech-language pathology, and supportive care services.

Qualifications
- MD, DO, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Fellowship training in an accredited Head and Neck Fellowship
- BE/BC with the American Board of Otolaryngology
- Eligibility for licensure in the state of Arizona
