ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Engineer (Identity Management), you will develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations that support IAM’s data fabric. This role is critical to advancing our capabilities in identity governance, authentication, and access management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with security architects, IAM engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant data solutions.
Preferred Technical Background
• Experience working with cloud identity platforms, particularly Google Cloud Identity and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), BigQuery, DataFlow, and Java
• Familiarity with IAM data sources such as Oracle ERP, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar systems
• Understanding of data modeling and governance for identity and access data
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines supporting identity and access management analytics
• Integrate and normalize identity data from cloud and on-premise systems (e.g., Entra ID, Oracle ERP, SailPoint)
• Collaborate with security and IAM teams to define data requirements and improve visibility into access patterns
• Implement data quality, lineage, and governance controls aligned with security and compliance standards
• Support automation and reporting solutions that enhance identity lifecycle management and access auditing

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited University or College; OR an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited University or College with 2 years of experience. Demonstrated ability to analyze and profile data as a means to address various business problems through leveraging advanced data modeling, source system databases, or data mining techniques, is required. May provide consultative services to departments/divisions and committees. Demonstrated application of several problem-solving methodologies, planning techniques, continuous improvement methods, and analytical tools and methodologies (e.g. data analysis, data profiling, modeling, etc.) required. Incumbent must have ability to manage a varied workload of projects with multiple priorities and stay current on healthcare trends and enterprise changes. Interpersonal skills and time management skills are required. Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and recommend solutions, advanced computer application skills and a commitment to customer service. Experience with data analysis, quality, and profiling; including data exploration tools including but not limited to Rapid SQL, AQT, Information Analyzer, and Informatics.
