ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Risk Analyst will support the TPRM redesign by contributing to process improvements and coordinating with key risk domain stakeholders. They will assist with communication planning, data quality assurance, dashboard creation, and onboarding processes, while also preparing materials for the upcoming system replacement. Their role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams within the broader risk framework.
The incumbent will lead risk business operations, special projects, investigations, legal litigation, mitigation development, non-employee access and end user awareness/education. Incumbent will provide guidance to work unit for day-to-day operational support, including project management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Supports and develops RM initiatives through workgroup participation, including leadership. Responsible for the design of enterprise business operations, including operational growth and development. Leads multi-disciplinary workgroups and projects. Provides indirect supervision to work unit including coaching, training, project delegation and oversight, regular statuses, and scheduling. Coordinates with leadership to shift support based on organizational need. Responsible for development of policies and procedures to support the organization’s risk tolerance. Gather and organize information from a cross-functional investigative team. Work directly with Legal and Human Resources on high risk projects and investigations. Work directly with Legal and External Counsel on litigation matters using eDiscovery protocols. Completes documentation to support findings including legal reports, SBARs, and executive summaries. Responsible for peer review of work unit documentation. Consults with business proponents to consider risks related to organizational initiatives. Develops and presents training and education for Mayo Clinic workforce and leadership. Executes chain of custody protocols, including: ability to follow proper computer forensic evidence handling, best practice procedures. Responds timely and professionally to questions from Mayo Clinic workforce. Possesses advanced knowledge of data preservation, acquisition of computing and storage devices either fixed or mobile and more technical forensic investigations. Must have technical and nontechnical communication skills (verbal and written), analytical aptitude and project management skills. Demonstrates high level integrity and ability to use discretion and maintain confidential information. Performs duties independently and uses good judgement in handling of issues. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines, including physician, administrative, supervisor, and allied health staff. Other functions and projects as assigned. Some travel may be required to other Mayo Clinic sites and/or training conferences.

QualificationsAssociate Degree plus 9 years of experience in business analysis, insider threat, information security, risk management, legal, compliance, information science, business administration, education, health or science-related fields OR Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience in business analysis, insider threat, information security, risk management, legal, compliance, information science, business administration, education, health or science-related fields OR Master's degree or JD and 5 years' experience in business analysis, insider threat, information security, risk management, legal, compliance, information science, business administration, education, health or science-related fields. CHC or CHPC preferred.
