ResponsibilitiesThe Radiation Oncology Systems Unit is seeking to fill a one year Limited Tenure Application Analyst position to join the Clinical Operations RadOnc IT team. This position is part of MCF RadOnc IT Core Level 2 sub-team, providing operational support for MCF Radiation Oncology applications and hardware. This position participates in an on-call rotation and is responsible for troubleshooting application and hardware issues and engaging senior IT and vendor resources as necessary to restore services and ensuring all practice needs are supported. This limited tenure position of part of the Heavy Particle transition from project to operational journey.
This position requires a high level of organization, sound judgment, and decision-making ability; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to work effectively across teams. Works with providers, and staff to diagnose and resolve application and hardware issues.
Supports software programs or modules across multiple clinical and/or business functions. Understands the business environment and the impact IT can have on the business environment. Provides analysis and support for clinical systems, and participates in various system implementation and integration projects that require systems analysis, design, testing and implementation for specific modules or applications.
Work will be performed on the Jacksonville campus.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in business analysis.Vendor application certification may be required.
