Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic Healthcare in London is recruiting for a highly motivated Senior CT/MRI Radiographer with an extensive experience in CT Cardiac, cannulation and able to perform contrast enhanced studies in CT. MRI cardiac exposure will be an added advantage. All general and contrast enhanced MRI experience is required. The radiographer must be focused in providing high quality patient care to our patients and service users. As we are expanding our services, we are looking for skilled radiographers who would like to onboard this journey with us. It’s a great time to join Mayo Clinic Healthcare in London!
Mayo Clinic Healthcare Imaging Department has the state-of-the-art technology. We have a 3 tesla Vida scanner, Somatom Force, GE Logic 10 Ultrasound, Siemens general x-ray. Hologic mammography unit, and a IDXA scanner. We cover all area of specialties in Imaging.
Qualifications
- Diploma of the College of Radiographers or BSc equivalent.
- Current valid HCPC (Health Highly developed specialist Diagnostic Radiography Care Professional Council) registration is required.
- Undertake all imaging procedures in line with existing modality guidelines in accordance with best practise (IRMER2017), CQC standards, SOR and RCR guidelines Highly developed specialist Diagnostic radiography knowledge, with relevant
- Evidence of continuous Professional Development
- Knowledge of application for different Imaging procedures and understanding the risks/benefits associated with safety requirement.
- Trained to cannulate and administer contrast agents that are required.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Manage time and prioritise workloads according to service /clinical needs
- Build and sustain professional relationships as part of the Imaging team as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- The right to work in the UK
- Able to converse in English.
Additional Experience and/or Qualifications
- Postgraduate in CT/MRI
- Cannulation Certification SOR
