Responsibilities
The Experience Improvement Advisor is responsible for collaboration with Mayo Clinic departments to ensure the best possible experiences. This role focuses on proactive: best practices, consultation and improvement, and other assigned initiatives/projects.. The Experience Improvement Advisor serves as a liaison between customers, patients and/or their families and Mayo Clinic(i.e., support, clinical departments, and administration) and provides insight and information as it relates to improvement Creates reports and shares metrics, which may include complaint, patient satisfaction, HCAHPS and other quantitative and qualitative data. Collaborates with Quality & Affordability Collogues, Clinical Shared Services, Practice Departments and Divisions and enterprise/local practice leadership to improve experience at Mayo Clinic.
Compiles, analyzes and interprets findings/trends for further review by institutional leadership in order to forecast process.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Four years of experience as a rep or in a health-related or social sciences profession, such as nursing or social work is required .Must gain an in-depth knowledge of the Mayo Clinic Enterprise and its operations. Requires strong written communication skills and relationship-centered care or interpersonal skills: including listening, speaking, rapport building, empathy, conflict resolution/negotiation, facilitation, problem solving Demonstrated successful collaboration and teamwork with colleagues within the work area and at all levels of an organization. Able to tolerate an ambiguous, fast-paced, demanding and constantly changing work environment. Candidate must have knowledge and proficiency of various computer programs and tools.

$66,123.20 - $99,236.80 / year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
