Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain analytics visualizations in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and other cutting-edge third party visualization tools
• Manage a varied workload of projects and products with multiple priorities while also staying current on healthcare trends and enterprise changes.
• Present data, insights, and learnings to stakeholders in a valuable format
• Work with a variety of different teams to apply new analytical capabilities to dashboards
• Automate and develop reusable, self-service analytical tools

Identify business problems and apply data, analytics and technology to solutions to generate value for the business. Understand your role in data quality and stewardship, promote data use and re-use, and champion data standardization and governance best practices.  



Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, statistics, data science, healthcare, computer science, economics, or a related field required. Master’s preferred. 
• Experience in the healthcare field required. 
• Minimum of two years’ experience analyzing data and working with data visualization tools.
• Interpersonal skills, time management skills, and demonstrated experience working on cross functional teams required. 
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to identify and recommend solutions and a commitment to customer service. 
• Expert verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a high capacity for learning and sophisticated problem resolution. 
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one data visualization tool.

• Working knowledge of coding & scripting languages such as Python and SQL is required.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data is preferred. 
• Working knowledge and experience with big data, statistics, and machine learning is preferred. 
• The ability to navigate Linux and Windows operating systems is preferred. 
• Experience in DataOps/DevOps and agile methodologies is preferred. 

• Demonstrated ability evaluating the quality of data, driving best practices and adoption of standardized toolsets and building confidence in the fidelity and discoverability of trusted data.
GCP and Epic Clarity certification are highly desirable at the point of hire or expected within one year of hire.

The preferred candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, including desktop flows and cloud flows.
  • Strong skills in building custom business applications using Power Apps. Ability to create user-friendly interfaces and integrate with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio for developing and deploying AI-driven solutions. Ability to leverage AI capabilities to enhance data visualization and analytics processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, create, and manage enterprise-scale data analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Experience with developing and deploying analytical assets such as semantic models, data warehouses, and lakehouses. Familiarity with data integration and management within Dataverse, ensuring seamless data flow and utilization across the Power Platform
