Responsibilities
The Diagnostics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of technician staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, administrators, managers and allied health staff. Partners with support resources, e.g. IT, Supply Chain, Human Resources, vendor representatives, and others, to ensure optimal service delivery. Performs overall production management and troubleshoots operational issues to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory compliance. Must possess the ability to problem solve while dealing with a diverse set of systems and individuals including internal and external stakeholders. Supports the organizations vision, mission, goals and values.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Three years of health related/clinical experience is required (not preferred) in the cardiac monitoring or related field with at least one year of management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in employee development, clinical coaching, and quality assurance processes.
- Must demonstrate proficiencies in customer service and recovery.
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Skilled problem solver with strong critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Current CRAT or CCT certification or the ability to obtain within 18 months of hire.
- Basic life support certification or the ability to obtain within 18 months of hire.

Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.; $83,782 - $125,736 /annually

Monday - Friday day shift. Hours may vary based on department needs. Occasional travel up to 10%.
