Additionally, Mayo Collaborative Services, in partnership with Mayo Clinic Laboratories, is a global leader in diagnostics dedicated to collaborative discoveries and patient breakthroughs.

The EQUAL internship is a paid, 16-week program that provides an opportunity for relevant field experiences with areas of emphasis including strategy development and execution, financial analysis and application, sales, marketing, product management or operations and logistics. Mentors assigned to the intern provide instruction and guidance and regularly assess performance. Interns are responsible for observing the functions and processes of the assigned work unit.
