Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic International has an exciting opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join the Delivery Services Team, supporting the International Representative Office team. The Program Coordinator will use their effective organizational skills, including the ability to quickly change direction as necessary. The Program Coordinator will need to be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced, ambiguous environment including collaborating with a large, matrixed project team of internal and external stakeholders and making decisions independently as necessary. Effective project management skills, along with strong writing, editing, content development, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proactively seeks opportunities to build and improve positive relationships with colleagues and leaders across Mayo Clinic. The Program Coordinator understands and acts independently to drive functional strategies forward to advance Mayo Clinic International’s mission, strategic plan and business goals. Assesses opportunities for improvement and demonstrates willingness and ability to adapt to change.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or 10 years of professional experience.
- Business acumen.
- Written and verbal communications skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to collaboratively drive results within a matrixed, complex program.
- Professional executive presence.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Works collaboratively with the manager and leadership to support relationships with international representatives and Mayo Clinic's Destination Medical Centers.
- Coordinating timelines and tasks and executing work among the core team.
- Collaborating with the manager to create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Proactively communicating to internal leaders and external partners.
- Work with the manager to compile and communicate monthly status reports or updates as applicable.
- Continuously identifies opportunities for process improvement.
- Assists with additional program or project management duties as assigned.

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Annual compensation range is $76,000 - $115,000.
