Responsibilities

The Lead Service Specialist - HLP plays an integral role in creating a premium customer service experience while also providing operational support to ensure efficient business practices. The incumbent is responsible for responding to patient and guest inquires, actively promoting HLP and Rejuvenate services and products, scheduling appointments, patient/guest check in and out, payment transactions, desk functions and supporting the patient care providers with pre/during/post service tasks. As an ambassador for the Healthy Living program and Rejuvenate Spa, the Service Specialist is responsible for understanding and promoting the Healthy Living Program and Rejuvenate Spa philosophy and assisting patients and guests with establishing an ongoing relationship with May Clinic. The Lead Service Specialist will assist the Program Manager with the day-to-day operations of HLP’s desk areas, the locker rooms and the Rejuvenate Spa clinical support needs. Assists in the development of the staff schedules and with managing staffing-to-workload efforts in assigned areas. May be assigned special projects and event coordination as delegated by management.

Qualifications

Two year post-secondary education is preferred with two years’ experience in customer service or sales in health and wellness, healthcare services or service industry.Knowledge of computers and technical office equipment is required. Experience with patient scheduling, registration systems, and customer relations management systems is highly desirable. Must be able to work independently, be goal directed and have strong organizational skills. Successfully cope with varied levels of workload and multiple tasks. Demonstrates productive energy and positive ability to promote a product, service, or offering effectively. Must possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills which contribute to a cooperative and productive atmosphere and patient experience. Conveys an impression which reflects favorably upon the public relations of the institution.

Schedule Details

10, 8hr shifts per pay period. Includes rotation of day, evening and weekend coverage in partnership with co-lead covering all hours of spa operations through the week.

Weekend Schedule

Saturday rotation required. Saturday hours: 7:30 am- 4:30 pm.
