Responsibilities
If you are an outstanding presentation designer who loves to create clear and creative ways of communicating information, this role is for you. You will mainly work on creating presentations and other materials that are captivating, informative, and consistent with a common theme to represent Mayo Clinic International.
The core responsibilities include:
Design and Creation
- Utilize graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to develop customer presentations and documents.
- Create visually engaging templates and content that align with brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Storytelling
- Develop executive presentations and web content that effectively communicate a compelling narrative.
- Assess existing presentations and recommend improvements to enhance clarity and impact.
- Work with financial data to create clear, readable visuals that convey complex ideas.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to research, plan, structure, write, and edit content.
- Participate in planning for engagements.
Qualifications
- Four years of relevant experience in design, advertising, or a related industry.
- Proficient using graphic design tools.
- Knowledge and Additional Considerations
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- An established portfolio of elevated design concepts demonstrates expertise in various creative mediums and large integrated campaigns.
- Experience in digital, video, rich media, motion, photography, art direction, emerging media, and other creative and communications disciplines, including audio/sound, is preferred.

- Is comfortable working within established brand guidelines while continuing to find new and interesting ways to express the brand within those guidelines.
- Understands and defend the importance of brand consistency.
- Is a consistent, accountable team player who leads by positive example.
- Has a driven work ethic, a responsibility to the brand, and a desire to contribute to the collaborative culture at Mayo Clinic.
- Has a passion for creative innovation and a demonstrated ability to drive new ideas and introduce new concepts, methodologies, and/or efficiencies.
- Can present and share best practices.
- Is hands-on, creative and can contribute to many different portfolios and service lines.
