Mayo Clinic's Learning Solutions Center is looking for a highly skilled professional who is motivated by creativity, innovation and working on exciting online and blended learning projects. You must be a collaborative team player who enjoys developing education using a variety of technologies and applications.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education, Clinical or other related area required plus a minimum of 3 years of related experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree. Desired technical skills include knowledge of multimedia applications, such as Authorware, Flash, DreamWeaver or other similar software. Must be highly proficient in using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and ImageReady and other related tools.
A minor in graphic design, illustration or related field is preferred. Experience developing education, graphic design, or multimedia work is preferred. Independent problem-solving and analytical skills, flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work in a constantly changing environment required. Strong human relations, communication, time management and organizational skills are needed.
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $31.16 per hour.
Hours / Pay period
Hours will vary depending on work unit needs. Flexible schedule.
This is a telework position and is not required to be located at a specific site.
