Looking for a dynamic and motivated Occupational Therapist who is flexible to work in different environments with a broad exposure to different areas of Occupational Therapy. This position will work acute care and outpatient in Mankato, and outpatient in Springfield MN. Patient range in all ages, pediatrics to adults, cognitive impairments, orthopedics and much more. Must be willing to travel between sites.
Position description
Acute care adult populations making recommendations for discharge disposition. Orthopedics, ICU and Behavioral Health diagnosis are included. Outpatient practice include pediatrics to adults, neuro, ortho and cognitive with broad exposure to multiple types of diagnosis. Position provides excellent mentoring and partnering with experienced therapists. Will work closely with other disciplines including Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and others.

Qualifications
A minimum of a B.S. / B.A. in Occupational Therapy from a college accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).


License or certification
Must be certified by The National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Must be licensed by the state of Minnesota or eligible for licensure. BLS within 3 months of hire.

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.  The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $2420, based on a full-time position.

Schedule details
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, two days per week in Springfield and 3 days per week in Mankato.
Weekend schedule
Occasional Saturdays for acute care in Mankato.
