Position description
Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates the resident activities program of the Health Center, assuring that the program is sufficient in scope, meaningful, and interesting to meet individual and group needs of residents. To solicit and incorporate resident and staff input and evaluation of the activities program.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA,BS) in the field of Therapeutic Recreation. The individual must have experience working with organized programs or activities.
Additional qualifications
Experience working with geriatric population is preferred.
License or certification
CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) required within 1 year of hire.

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $19.74 per hour.

Generally, Monday-Friday 8-4:30 pm. Rotating weekend coverage. Occasional evenings.
