The Epic Inpatient Documentation Team within the ERIS Hospital and Research Systems Unit is seeking a Senior IT Application Analyst to support our Epic Inpatient Documentation build across the enterprise. The individual will be responsible for the build, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of the Epic Inpatient Documentation application, as well as highly visible and critical Epic clinical tools supporting ClinDoc at Mayo Clinic. The individual will be expected to participate in the on-call rotation for handling incident tickets and providing support of complex clinical workflows.
This position requires a high level of analytical skills, organizational skills, sound judgement and decision-making ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams. We are looking for a candidate with a clinical background and certification and experience in Epic modules.
